Buffalo Impressions

There is something about buffalo. Their iconic profile, fluffy head and beastly frame. They signify solidity, strength and the heritage of the nation. Each time I see one, I feel like I've been given a link to imaging an ancient story about the land, animals and native americans that roamed freely before our current times. The buffalo weather brutal winters on the plains of the american west and each spring new young are born to carry on the tradition and remind us of the pioneering stories of so many brave people that came before us. Even though they are mainly concerned with eating some grass and minding their own business, they could also kick your ass if provoked. I like that. Seems sort of judo-esque.
